ComQuest International is an Executive Search and Recruitment Firm servicing the RF and Wireless Communications industries on a global stage. We specialize in the permanent placement of Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, and upper Management professionals, including senior Executive and Officer level positions.
Our Client Companies are Original Equipment Manufacturers who make the infrastructure equipment that drives a cellular base station, PCS, Microwave, or other telecommunications system. These products include antennas, multi-carrier power amplifiers, repeater systems, RF/microwave filters, cables, connectors, etc.

Note: Because of the increase in the population in Central Florida several years ago, the telephone area codes on the Space Coast (about 40 miles East of Orlando), had to change from the longstanding 407. The Space/NASA industry lobbied for and won the current 321 (as in, 3 - 2 - 1 BLAST OFF!!)
Meet The Owners
Joe Pagan is president and founder of ComQuest International. Joe began his professional career in 1978 as a reporter for a newspaper in Clearwater, Florida and covered city government affairs in Largo. Later, he entered the corporate world and, since 1983, has held positions of Executive Director, Director of Corporate Training and Executive Search Consultant. Joe graduated with a BS degree in Journalism in 1978 from the University of Florida.
Robin is vice president of operations and runs the administrative side of ComQuest International and supervises our recruiters and research specialists. She also designed, created and maintains our Web site.
